Springfield Mini Storage office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to Noon.

What are your access hours?

Customers have access to their unit(s) Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 8:00pm

What security features are offered?

The entire storage facility is fenced and gated, and the property is monitored by security cameras.

Can I store a vehicle at your facility?

Yes, we have units available with overhead doors to allow for vehicle storage.

Can I pay my bill online?

Absolutely! You can pay online each month or setup auto pay so that you don’t ever miss a payment.

Will I need to provide my own lock?

Yes, you will provide your own lock and keys, ensuring that you are the only one with access to your stored items.

Does your facility provide insurance?

No, we do not but recommend each customer get insurance. Please check with your insurance agent to get the proper coverage for your items.
